SAE-200D/300D/400D is a digital power supply for multi-arc ion coating. It uses a high-reliability current-mode full-bridge inverter and supports 24-hour continuous operation at 100% duty cycle.

Performance Features
1. The main circuit uses a current-mode full-bridge inverter with IGBT modules, providing low loss, low switching stress and high reliability. 2. Voltage droop characteristics and automatic current stabilization provide excellent load matching. 3. Three control modes are supported: local, remote analog and RS485 digital remote control, with panel display of voltage and current. 4. Automatic ignition is supported, with DC24V, DC75V and contact ignition options. 5. Duty cycle reaches 100%, supporting continuous 24-hour operation. 6. Suitable for decorative and functional coatings in multi-arc ion plating, with high production efficiency.
